Gin, Lillet Blanc, Orange Juice, Angostura Bitters and Maraschino Cherry. Shake, strain over ice with a dollop of the cherry! A perfect and vibrant cocktail with an awesome tangy look. Gin of choice tonight was the “209” (representing my home town) and it was perfectly balanced. The splash of angostura bitters give you a nice depth and adds that extra oomph for a Friday.
