Carye’s lovely husband, Joe, hosted an intimate dinner Friday night at Pane E Vino in San Francisco with Carye’s family and closest friends!  He then organized a private winetasting tour at Cakebread and Silver Oak!!  Such great hospitality at both Cakebreak and Silver Oak and we sipped their current release wines.  Silver Oak is always so consistent!  We compared a tasting of the 2008 Alexander Valley and Napa Valley wines and… wow… so breathtaking!! What a great birthday celebration!!  We raise a glass to you, Carye!!  Happy birthday, sweetie!!
