Relaxing Sunday evening sipping on a Abrente Napa Valley Albarino 2011 and BlackJack Ranch “Billy Goat Hill” Merlot 2005.

We shared the bottle of Abrente with our neighbors Jane and John while we chatted about the exciting arts fairs that will be held in San Francisco next week. This includes SF Fine Arts Fair and ART Market SF!!

Later in the evening, my love bug whipped up a fancy amuse-bouche dish: ‘salsa verde with shrimp’ (inspired by the recent edition of Bon Apetite) followed by my mushroom risotto with pork shoulder drippings. All amazing with the BlackJack Ranch “Billy Goat Hill” Merlot 2005. We proceeded to watch three hours of Downton Abbey season 1: hilarious!!
